COVER OF FLETCHER GROUP:COMAGINE EVALUATION OF BHRN IN OREGON

Partner Publications

The Fletcher Group takes pride in collaborating with others who share our commitment to protecting rural communities from the impacts of substance use. One example is a recently released 60-page report titled Building Networks and Breaking Barriers: Implementing Behavioral Health Resource Networks in Seven Oregon Counties. The report documents in detail the effects in seven rural Oregon counties of Measure 110, the ground-breaking 2020 legislation that decriminalized low-level personal drug possession.

In addition to funding the report, the Fletcher Group worked closely with Comagine Health, a national non-profit healthcare consulting firm that specializes in addressing complex health and healthcare delivery problems. Critical input and guidance was provided by Founder and Chief Medical Officer Ernie Fletcher, Research Coordinator Grace Clancy, Director of Research and Evaluation Robin Thompson, and Health Economist Madison Ashworth.
