How And Why The Testimonials Were Made

A Journey of Achievement

Steady Improvement

At roughly 30 points throughout the course, clients record webcam videos of themselves in response to various prompts that become increasingly more challenging. Self-evaluation, combined with the constructive feedback of a trainer during each practice session, creates a transformative change in behavior that lowers anxiety while enhancing self-confidence.

Putting Your Best Foot Forward

The Fair Chance Works training culminates in a final round of recordings in a professional studio setting. Clients are led through a mock interview where they’re encouraged to expand their replies, especially in relation to the new insights and goals they’ve developed during their recovery. Clients exit the program with a professionally produced New Beginnings Video™ that’s provided to potential employers along with a resume. The video encourages the employer to see the applicant as a human being, thus mitigating any conscious or unconscious stigma they might feel regarding fair chance job seekers if looking only at a printed resume.
